Central Valley Community Bancorp (the “Company”) was established on November 15, 2000, as the holding company for Central Valley Community Bank (the “Bank”) and is registered as a bank holding company with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The common stock of the Company trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the symbol CVCY.The Bank operates full-service offices in 18 communities within the San Joaquin Valley and Greater Sacramento Region, and employs nearly 345 team members. Offices are located in Cameron Park, Clovis, Exeter, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Fresno, Kerman, Lodi, Madera, Merced, Modesto, Oakhurst, Prather, Rancho Cordova, Roseville, Stockton, Tracy and Visalia.
