Bank of Commerce Holdings (CA)


Bank of Commerce Holdings (“BOCH”) is a bank holding company with its principal offices in Sacramento, California. BOCH’s principal business is to serve as a holding company for Redding Bank of Commerce (the “Bank”) which operates under two separate names (Redding Bank of Commerce and Sacramento Bank of Commerce, a division of Redding Bank of Commerce). BOCH has an unconsolidated subsidiary in Bank of Commerce Holdings Trust II.

The Bank commenced operations in Redding, California in 1982 where there are now three offices and expanded to the Sacramento market as a loan and depository office in 2001. With the purchase of five Bank of America offices during the first quarter of 2016, the Company now operates nine full service facilities throughout northern California.
